Proposed Natural Resources, Climate Change tasks
Significant Natural Resources (SNR) – Limited Goal 5 program update (Required by state Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) action and Land Use Board of Appeals Action (LUBA))
- Update our natural resource regulations in response to LUBA remands of A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 869 and our Habitat Assessment Guidelines and an order from LCDC.
Climate-Friendly and Equitable Communities implementation (Required by state regulation)
- Develop changes in planning regulations and processes to comply with state transportation and land use planning rules adopted July 2022
- Draft ordinance(s) amending the Community Development Code to implement requirements for parking
